Own the Field. Drive the Game Forward.

Are you the kind of person who would rather be out on a field than behind a desk? Do you know turf, equipment, and the people who rely on both to perform at their best? If so, we’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the Chicagoland market and make an immediate impact.

This isn’t just a sales job—it’s your chance to become a trusted partner to the organizations that keep fields game-ready across the region. From municipalities and school districts to colleges, universities, and sports complexes, you’ll be the expert they rely on to deliver the right equipment and solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow relationships with municipalities, school districts, colleges, universities, and sports field organizations
  • Prospect, develop, and manage new and existing accounts across your territory
  • Demonstrate commercial turf equipment and recommend tailored solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first conversation to closed deal
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and follow-ups that win business
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back
  • Represent the company at field demos, industry events, and customer sites
  • Operate a company truck and trailer to transport and showcase equipment
  • Travel occasionally (1–2 weeks/year) for training and meetings

What It Takes

  • 2–4 years of experience in the golf, turf, or sports fields & grounds industry
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Ability to safely transport equipment and spend significant time on the road

What Sets You Apart

  • Degree in Turfgrass Management, Business, Agriculture, Horticulture, Sports Management, or related field
  • Experience in commercial equipment or turf equipment sales
  • A passion for the industry and the people who make it run

Physical Requirements

  • This is a hands-on role. You’ll be actively demonstrating equipment and working in the field.
  • Lift and move 50–75 lbs. occasionally
  • Load/unload equipment and operate trailer ramps

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • A helpful, tight-knit team
  • Room to grow and take ownership
  • A role where every day makes a difference

If you’re driven, knowledgeable, and ready to take ownership of a territory with real growth potential, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and take the lead in shaping the fields where the game is played.
